For over a decade, I have been training estheticians on the high quality of compassion and care that's required to create the perfect client experience. Greeting Your Clients- They are nervous, excited, and maybe even terrified about the Brazilian service, and that first impression of you can immediately put their mind at ease. This is the number one reason women come back to my spas. From the moment they walk in the doors, we are working on their client experience.
Treatment Room Behavior- As a Brazilian specialist, you have an advantage when it comes to bonding with your clients. Your client is already in a vulnerable position, physically and emotionally, and this puts your relationship on a fast track. It also means there are certain things you need to be aware of throughout the service and that you must hold yourself to a very high standard of behavior. This section deals with aggression, frustration, and blame placement.
Social Media Presence- There’s a certain level of privacy and safety that you are now providing at this level of Brazilian expertise. This requires all aspects of your life to reflect who you are as a business professional. Your social media presence cannot contradict the body positive, female-forward environment you are promoting in your business.
